Volunteering
We have a range of volunteering opportunities within the Oxfordshire Befriending Network:
You can volunteer as a Befriender. If you would like to make a difference to someone's life we are looking for more Befriending Volunteers. We offer training and support to all our volunteer Befrienders. We also pay expenses
You can volunteer as an Advocate. Advocacy is about supporting people in getting their needs and wishes heard. We offer training and support to all our volunteer Advocates and we also pay expenses.
You can volunteer as a Counsellor. Volunteer Counsellors are either qualified or in training to become qualified counsellors. They are working with supervisors who are registered and working with the Codes of Ethics and Practice of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

You can volunteer to help us fundraise or help us in the office. We are currently looking for someone to help us scope our Community Fundraising and also someone who could help us establish our database
